白宫：俄罗斯将付出更高代价

The US White House has rejected the referendum and said Russia will pay a price for its military intervention in Crimea through sanctions and increased instability.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said as the US and its allies have made clear, military intervention and violation of international law will bring increasing costs for Russia.
